White form of Salvia leucantha. Best on open textured free draining soil, plant between roses with Geranium 'Rozanne'.
A shorter more compact form of the tall officianalis equally hardy and prolific, only growing to 80cm. Purple pom poms throughout summer, a good improvement for windy locations.
Rose pink variety, useful infill under David Austin roses and amongst spring perennials.
Pale creamy yellow, some with peachy tinges. Separate from reds and purples to keep offspring pure. Note lupins are best cut to the ground after flowering, and allowed to dry off slightly during hot weather. Avoid heavy summer irrigation.
Spreading perennial for moist areas with attractive musk-pink drumstick flowers in summer. Best result in cooler climates with morning sun on fertile soil.
Spectacular plant native to the Canary Islands with outrageously huge purple flower panicles to 250 cm from a large rosette of foliage. Impress your neighbours and plant a hedge of these! They will occasionally re-seed.
An interesting variety which changes its foliage coloration throughout the season. Leaves begin as green then gradually turn golden in autumn with attractive red tints. Best in a dry rock garden or pot.

A soft ochre orange, brighter than 'Terracotta' and softer than 'Paprika'. The yarrows have so many lovely colour variations its hard to know where to stop with these!
This variety is particularly good in autumn when the seedheads elongate and stand above the foliage. Another tall variety for behind the border, best cut down to ground level every few years.
A dark flowered seedling I selected at Richard Bramleys "Farmyard Nursery" in Wales. An improvement on "Moerheim Beauty", with deep orange red flowers in mid to late summer.

Rich red flowered form from a strain we grew ten years ago. Thanks to Judy for some fresh seed to enable us to get this strain back into production.
A tall herbaceous euphorbia, most likely a descendant of Euphorbia sikkimensis, with attractive multicoloured foliage and lime green flowers. Frost and drought hardy, cut to the ground annually like Euphorbia sikkimensis.
