Useful low mounding variety for a mediterranean planting style or gravel garden, combining well with erysimum, euphorbia, perovskia and lavender. Trim after flowering.
Attractive cottage plant and popular medicinal plant also. Easily grown in well drained soil, best with added fertiliser.
A mound-forming sub alpine species with sweetly fragrant soft pink flowers. Useful amongst gravel and stones, petite compact form.

Outstanding grey foliage plant for rock garden, border, or mass planting. Contrasts well with colourful foliage like berberis and cotinus, or in combination with Salvia nemorosa varieties. Yellow button flowers through summer, trim off if not your colour scheme!

A vigourous long lived variety for ground cover in shady areas. The new foliage often has attractive tinges of red veining, and the flowers are a creamy yellow. As with other varieties, best on well drained soil. Cold and drought hardy, wildlife resistant.
White form of 'Catmint', effective path edging plant or combined with lavender and santolina in the cottage garden. Low growing, ground covering. Trim off dead flowers to extend flowering period.
Itoh type paeonia resulting from crossing herbaceous and shrubby species, beautiful foliage and huge ruffled soft lemon flowers like a old fashioned rose. Need good drainage and fertile soil, long lived plant.
Choice evergreen Iris from Greece and Turkey with blue flowers like Iris reticulata. Our stock plants grow well in a sunny south-facing rockgarden.
