Frost tolerant winter dormant variety with sky blue flowers in mid summer. Tall and self supporting, a good border plant for background fill-ins.
Summer flowering perennial with brightly coloured red and yellow flowers. Extremely tough, long lasting and dry tolerant once established, likes regular clay loam or regular garden soils, doesnt like sandy soil. Combines well in meadow garden plantings amongst grasses and perennials.
Our best blue variety, light sky blue with white bicolour. Plant in blocks for maximum impact and avoid heavy summer irrigation as with all lupins.
Old fashioned 'shasta daisy' with tall strong stems for picking, bullet proof plant that is reliably perennial and will grow almost anywhere.
Pale creamy yellow, some with peachy tinges. Separate from reds and purples to keep offspring pure. Note lupins are best cut to the ground after flowering, and allowed to dry off slightly during hot weather. Avoid heavy summer irrigation.

Attractive glossy foliage plant for shade, use as mass plantings for ground cover or grouped as specimens. Likes free draining soil in a cool position, very tough however once established, evergreen. Flowers unexciting, we usually chop off to feature the beautifully attractive leaves which can get to 20cm across.
One of the first plants I grew from cutting; quick growing and floriferous in a short space of time. In summer it requires complete cutting to the ground like an oriental poppy, and will resprout in autumn when there is sufficient moisture. Easy and quick to fill in spaces; pink flowers.
A beautiful woodland plant for shade or dappled sun with finely dissected foliage and white early summer flowers. Slow growing but long lived and extremely cold hardy to -15. Prefers good soil and moisture.

We originally raised this from a batch of wild seed collected for us by some friends in Prebbleton New Zealand. We have reproduced these from cuttings, as special charachteristic is better vigour than the usual insignis seedlings. An interesting variety which changes its foliage coloration throughout the season. Leaves begin as green then gradually turn golden in autumn with attractive red tints. Best in a dry rock garden or pot.
