Excellent perennial grass from Japan. Like a compact "Sarabande" type but only around chest high. Typical feathery seed heads in autumn.
A clumping Campanula persicifolia with full pure white double flowers. Lovely in between roses with Geranium 'Rozanne'. Easy to manage and non-invasive.
A beautiful medium height triandrus cultivar with white flowers in spring, one of our favourite narcissus.

Low growing mounding variety with finely dissected silver foliage for perennial border or amongst roses. Herbaceous habit makes it compatible with bulbs and other low growing perennials.
The best red monarda; mildew resistant and tough as they come. Like all monarda, these grow best on fertile clay loam or well mulched moisture retentive soil types.

Bergenia are very tough evergreen perennials useful for ground cover in shade with hellebores, pachysandra, and epimedium. This is a compact variety with soft pink flowers and good foliage colour during winter.
Long flowering agastache great for attracting butterflies into the garden. Summer flowering and one of the better agastache we have trialled, fertile loamy soil best, and will tolerate some clay if worked and mulched. We find these will only tolerate light occasional frost.

Common "meadowsweet", an attractive perennial for damp soil with dozens of medicinal and culinary uses. The white fluffy flowers can be added sparingly to jam and stewed fruit, and can be used to flavour wine, beer and cordials. The root is also used in varied herbal remedies.

A large flowered rich blue purple aster that flowers late summer. Stout stems and self supporting, grows well in meadow plantings amongst grasses and other perennials such as delphinium, echinacea, and scabiosa.
